BELGRADE (Serbia), May 27 (SeeNews) - In SeeNews story "Germany's Lidl opens two more stores in Serbia" dated May 27 please read in the headline "Germany's Lidl to open two more stores in Serbia". Please, also read in the first paragraph "... Lidl plans to open two more stores in Serbia on June 6, expanding its network, it said on Monday.”, instead of “... Lidl opened two more stores in Serbia on Monday, expanding its network, it said”.

A corrected version follows:

German discount supermarket chain Lidl plans to open two more stores in Serbia on June 6, expanding its network, it said on Monday.

The new stores are located in Obrenovac, a municipality of the city of Belgrade, and in Sremska Mitrovica, in the country's north, Lidl said in an e-mailed statement.

In October, Lidl opened its first 16 stores in Serbia - five in Belgrade and one each in Bor, Zrenjanin, Kragujevac, Leskovac, Nis, Novi Sad, Smederevo, Sombor, Subotica, Uzice and Sabac.

Lidl, part of Germany's Schwarz-Gruppe, is a global discount supermarket chain, based in Neckarsulm, Germany. The company operates over 10,000 stores in Europe.
