November 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian public transport company Trolleybus Transport - Vratsa said on Monday that it has relaunched a tender for awarding a contract for supply of 9 trolleybuses, worth an estimated 9.1 million levs ($5.1 million/4.7 million euro), VAT excluded.
The project benefits from EU funding under Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020, the company servicing the city of Vratsa said in a tender notice.
The deadline for submitting offers is December 30.
Bids will be ranked based on price, with 50 weight in the final score, and technical criteria.
In July, Trolleybus Transport - Vratsa opened a procedure for awarding a 9.1 million levs contract for supply of 9 trolleybuses and a 12.7 million levs deal for supply of 13 electric buses. The procedure was subsequently cancelled in August, following complaints filed with the Commission for Protection of Competition.
