November 25 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SGH] said on Friday that it will seek the approval of its shareholders for a planned distribution of six-month dividend totalling 889,135 levs ($472,483/454,608 euro).
The shareholders meeting will take place on January 9, 2023, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
Sirma plans to distribute a dividend of 0.015 levs per share for the first half of 2022, based on a non-consolidated net profit of 998,372 levs booked in the six-month period.
To open the way for the interim dividend payout, shareholders approved changes to corporate rules at a general meeting held on November 11.
As at CET 1254 on Friday, shares in Sirma traded 0.68% lower at 0.73 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
