SOFIA (Bulgaria), March 30 (SeeNews) – The shares of software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK] will be transferred to the premium equities segment of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) as of April 3, the bourse said.
Sirma Group Holding shares currently trade on the standard equities segment of the regulated market, BSE said in a statement earlier this week.
Shares of Sirma Group Holding last traded on Wednesday, when they closed flat at 1.01 levs ($0.64/0.52 euro).
