April 1 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) [BUL:CCB] has sold the entire stake of 9.96% it held in the capital of power supplier CEZ Electro Bulgaria [BUL:CEZE], a unit of local energy and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:EUBG], CEZ Electro said.
CCB no longer holds interest in CEZ Electro, the power supplier said in a bourse filing earlier this week.

Last week, Eurohold Bulgaria said that its energy sub-holding Eastern European Electric Company (EEEC) lifted the stakes it owns in CEZ Distribution Bulgaria [BUL:CEZD] and CEZ Electro Bulgaria to about 99% and 97%, respectively. On March 18, EEEC bought on the Sofia bourse 1,379 shares in CEZ Electro, representing 27.58% of the power supplier's total equity capital, Eurohold said at the time.
As at 11:25 CET on Friday, shares in CEZ Electro traded flat at 30,000 levs on the Sofia bourse, while CCB shares changed hands 4.29% higher at 1.46 levs.
