June 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Arco Real Estate Management, which operates office complex Business Park Sofia, said that it turned to a net loss of 191,000 levs ($110,000/98,000 euro) in 2018 from a net profit of 432,000 levs in 2017.
The company's operating expenses grew to 4.5 million levs last year from 3.8 million levs in 2018, Arco Real Estate Management said in an annual financial statement last week.
Other expenses remained flattish year-on-year at just over 300,000 levs.
Revenue from the operation of properties edged up to 4.6 million levs in 2018 from 4.5 million levs the year before.
Arco Real Estate Management is a wholly-owned unit of Arco Real Estate Malta Ltd.
