December 7 (SeeNews) - London-headquartered Bulgarian software company cDots said on Thursday that it is in the process of attracting equity investments to finance its international expansion.
cDots offers potential investors 30% of its equity in an attempt to raise $400,000 (339,291 euro) with a return on investment of 90% within the next three years, cDots said in a statement.
The company plans to use the financing to develop a software solution for management of business operations as well as to strengthen its position on international markets. About 40% of the investment is expected to allocated to wage payments, while the rest will be invested in sales and marketing activities on foreign markets.
The main focus of the company is developing business solutions including risk and time management systems, document management workflow, as well as credit management system.
