July 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian blue-chip real estate investment trust (REIT) Advance Terrafund [BUL:6A6] said on Friday its first-half consolidated net profit rose to 3.8 million levs ($2.3 million/1.9 million euro), compared to 3.0 million levs in the like period of last year.
Revenue from land sold rose to 5.6 million levs in the January-June period from 2.5 million levs in the prior year, Advance Terrafund said in a bourse filing.
Income from lease and rent of land edged down to 3.6 million levs in the period under review from 3.8 million levs last year.
The REIT's total assets stood at 229.5 million levs at the end of June, down from 240.7 million levs at end-2016.
Advance Terrafund is Bulgaria's largest listed REIT in terms of market capitalisation and a component of all indices of the stock exchange in Sofia.
Advance Terrafund shares closed 0.32% higher at 2.217 levs on Friday.
