SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 16 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) Advance Terrafund [BUL:6A6] said on Monday it has sold 1,441.4 ha of agricultural land at an average price of 14,500 levs ($8,749/7,414 eruo) per hectare in the first nine months of the year.
In September alone, the company sold 1.7 ha of land, Advance Terrafund said in a filing to the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

The company acquired 59.6 ha of agricultural land at an average price of 8,510 levs per ha in September.
At end-September, Advance Terrafund owned 21,876 ha of agricultural land.
Advance Terrafund shares last traded on Friday, when they closed 0.58% lower at 2.222 levs.
