July 9 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) dropped on Tuesday, as shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] paced the blue-chip losers, bourse data showed.
Atlantska's shares closed 2.59% lower at 376 kuna.
Telecommunication services provider Optima Telekom [ZSE:OPTE] led the blue-chip gainers, as its share price rose 12.15% to 6 kuna.
Zagrebacka Banka [ZSE:ZABA] generated the highest trading turnover among the blue-chip companies on Tuesday, of 2.5 million kuna.
Tuesday's turnover was boosted by a 2.3 million kuna block transaction in shares of Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS].
ZSE's total trading turnover rose to 13.6 million kuna ($2.1 million/1.8 million euro), from 5.5 million kuna on Monday.
The 25-share benchmark index CROBEX edged down 0.01% to 1,885.44 after falling 0.55% in the previous trading session.
The narrower of the ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, dropped 0.26% to 1,097.07 after decreasing 0.53% on Monday.
The fixed-income CROBIS index edged up 0.01% to 114.8848.
