April 26 (SeeNews) - Shipbuilder Viktor Lenac [ZSE:VLEN] led the blue-chip gainers' list on the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Thursday, bourse data showed.
Viktor Lenac's shares closed 2.84% higher at 9.05 kuna.
Croatian food, beverage and drug producer Podravka [ZSE:PODR], generated the highest trading turnover of 2.0 million kuna. The company's share price rose 1.75% to 290.00 kuna.
Optima Telekom [ZSE:OPTE] paced the blue-chip decliners, as its share price fell 2.91% to 2.00 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover decreased to 10.0 million kuna ($1.6 million/1.3 million euro) on Thursday from 12.4 million kuna on Wednesday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index of the ZSE rose 0.41% to 1,793.15 points, after falling 0.16% on Wednesday.
The narrower of the bourse's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, increased 0.62% to 1,043.44 points after dropping 0.27% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS index edged down 0.01% to 112.5649 points.
