September 23 (SeeNews) - US telecom equipment and solutions provider said on Monday it has entered the Romanian market through local company Macro International Distribution.
Following the move, Macro International Distribution will be the only official distributor for Granstream's SIP and VoIP unified communications solutions in Romania, the US company said in a press release.
"Macro International Distribution is the natural choice for Grandstream as it shares our vision of providing complete technological solutions and added-value services that allow integrators to achieve maximum efficiency in any project," Grandstream's channel sales manager for EMEA Tomer Henn said.
Founded in 1994, Macro International Distribution was launched as an importer and distributor of photographic products, but over time, its portfolio has diversified. Currently, Macro imports and distributes a variety of equipment and products, through its departments dedicated to printing, advertising production, medical technology and now, telecom.
Founded in 2002 in Boston, Grandstream offers voice, video, data, mobility and network services in over 150 countries.
