January 4 (SeeNews) - Turkish ceramic producer Usak Seramik said on Friday it has signed a deal with Romanian do-it-yourself retailer Dedeman for export sales worth 5 million euro ($5.7 million) for 2019.
In 2018, Dedeman acted as sole distributor for Usak Seramik in Romania, selling 2.95 million euro worth of products, the company said in a statement filed with the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Banaz, in Turkey, Usak Seramik Sanayii produces and sells mainly ceramic wall, floor, and granite tiles, as well as curb, decor, and porcelain products.
Dedeman, founded in 1992 by two Romanian entrepreneurs, has 10,600 employees working in 49 stores.
