ISTANBUL (Turkey), January 14 (SeeNews) – Turkish oil refiner Tupras [BIST:TUPRS] said it will issue 200 million Turkish lira ($87 million/74 million euro) in 728-day fixed coupon bonds on the domestic market.
The bookbuilding process for the issuance will be held on January 14, 15 and 16, the company said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Tupras has regulatory approval, received on December 30, 2014, to issue up to 1.0 billion lira in bonds on the domestic market.
