BUCHAREST (Romania), June 19 (SeeNews) - Romanian gas pipeline operator Transgaz [BSE:TGN] led the decliners among the blue-chips on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on Monday, bourse data showed.
The total equity turnover of the BVB fell to 36.1 million lei ($8.8 million/7.8 million euro) from 43.5 million lei on Friday.
Transgaz was the top blue-chip decliner, shedding 2.44% to 440 lei in 3.6 million lei turnover.
Blue-chip investment fund Fondul Proprietatea [BSE:FP] fell 1.14% to 0.8710 lei in the day's largest turnover of 7.27 million lei.
Romanian natural gas producer Romgaz [BSE:SNG] fell 0.46% to 32.35 lei in the day's second largest turnover of 7.16 million lei.
Blue-chip lender BRD Societe Generale [BSE:BRD] rose 0.29% to 13.94 lei in the day's third largest turnover of 5.13 million lei.
The shares of Romanian induction heating systems manufacturer AAGES [BSE: AAG] started trading on the main segment of the BVB on Monday. AAGES shareholders raised 5.49 million lei from the sale of 15% of the company’s shares after listing on the Romanian capital market.
