May 31 (SeeNews) - The four main indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange all closed in green territory on Wednesday, with the blue-chip SOFIX boosted by a 2.56% gain in Sopharma Trading [BUL:SFT], bourse data showed.
The SOFIX inched up 0.06% to 666.63 points after the pharmaceuticals supplier reported a jump in January-April total sales.

Sopharma Trading closed 2.56% higher at 6.00 levs, in a low trading volume of 800.
The benchmark index was further boosted by a 1.43% climb in Central Cooperative Bank [BUL:CCB] to 1.42 levs and a 1.39% increase in Holding Varna [BUL:HVAR] to 43.80 levs.
The BGBX40, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, ticked up 0.14% to 147.71 points, as battery manufacturer Elhim Iskra [BUL:ELHM] jumped 13.13% to 1.12 levs.
A 5.21% gain in M+S Hydraulic [BUL:MSH] to 10.10 levs boosted both the BGBX40 and the BGTR30, in which companies with a free float of 10% and more have equal weight.
M+S Hydraulic was also the top stock by turnover, with 3,379 shares changing hands.
The BGTR30 rose the most, by 0.47% to 750.10 levs, further strengthened by software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SGH] with a 3.10% climb to 0.665 levs.
For its part, the BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, was bolstered by a 0.92% increase in Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT [BUL:BREF] to 2.20 levs. The index closed 0.18% higher at 190.18 points.
Total turnover on the BSE's main market almost halved, to 221,337 levs ($120,614/113,167 euro) on Wednesday from 433,709 levs on Monday. As much as 34,128 levs of it was generated by M+S Hydraulic.
