April 17 (SeeNews) - Slovenian reinsurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] has sold a total of 50,271 shares of Croatian lender Slatinska Banka [ZSE:SNBA-R-A], a bourse filing indicated on Friday.
The shares, representing a stake of 5.47%, were sold to Croatian national Dragutin Sokacic, a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange showed.

Prior to the announced transaction, Sokacic was Slatinska Banka's third largest shareholder with a 7.89% stake. Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank was the lender's biggest shareholder as of April 16 with a 24% stake followed by Croatian state agency DAB with 8.32%, data of the Central Depository and Clearing Company, SKDD, indicated. SKDD data also indicated that the announced transaction marks Sava Re's exit from the lender's shareholding structure.
Slatinska Banka was trading down 13.31% at 58.08 kuna ($8.28/7.67 euro) by 1408 CET on the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Friday.
