LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), October 15 (SeeNews) – The average net monthly earnings in Slovenia increased by a real 1.2% year-on-year in August, after rising at the same rate in July, provisional data from the country's statistical office showed on Monday.
Month-on-month, the average net earnings in the country increased by a real 1.0% in August, after adding 0.7% in July, the statistical office said.
In nominal terms, the average net wage rose 3.0% on the year to 1,082.88 euro ($1,251.32). On a monthly comparison basis, wages increased by a nominal 1.1%.
The average gross monthly salary in Slovenia rose to 1,669.51 euro in August, up by a nominal 3.5% and a real 1.7% year-on-year.
