November 25 (SeeNews) - Registrations of new commercial vehicles in Slovenia rose 26% year-on-year in the first ten months of 2021, reaching 9,763, the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA said on Thursday, citing provisional data.
Registrations of new light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes rose by an annual 23% to 8,083 units in the review period, ACEA said in a monthly report.
Registrations of new medium and heavy commercial vehicles of over 3.5 tonnes jumped 42% year-on-year to 1,614 in the review period.
New commercial vehicle registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, increased by 15% year-on-year to 1,581,378 in the ten months through October.
In EU12, which encompasses member states that have joined the EU since 2004, registrations were 32% higher at 208,950.
