November 11 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's industrial production edged up by 0.2% month-on-month in terms of value in September, following a 1.1% monthly rise in August, the country's statistical office, SURS, said.
In annual comparison, industrial output went up by 7.8% year-on-year in September, after an 8.4% annual rise in August, SURS said in a statement on Wednesday.
The value of industrial production increased at the monthly level in capital goods industries and in intermediate goods industries by 5.7% and 0.6%, respectively, and decreased in consumer goods industries by 1.9%.
The value of industrial production increased at the monthly level by 4.1% in consumer goods industries and decreased in capital goods industries and in intermediate goods industries, by 3.7% and 0.7%, respectively.
In the first ten months of 2021, Slovenia's industrial production rose by 11.9% on the year.
