LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), February 11 (SeeNews) – Slovenia's industrial production grew by 4.6% in 2018, 3.4 percentage points lower than the increase recorded in the prior year, provisional data from the country's statistical office, SURS, showed on Monday.
Production last year was mostly boosted by manufacturing which expanded 5.0%, while the utilities' output grew 1.2%.
In December alone, industrial production fell 3.1% year-on-year in terms of value, following a 2.5% increase in November.
Month-on-month, the value of industrial production fell 1.5% in December, following a 0.2% drop in November.
