December 15 (SeeNews) - Slovenian share indices fell further on Tuesday, while turnover almost doubled, data of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index edged down 0.10% to 980.76 points and the broader SBI20 index fell 0.20% to 4,040.32 points.
On Monday, the SBITOP closed down 0.02% and the SBI20 ended 0.20% lower.
Three of the seven LJSE blue chips closed lower on Tuesday and three rose. There was not trading data for insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav.
Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor led the SBITOP decliners, closing at an average daily price of 11.67 euro ($17), 2.67% down from its previous close.
Rubber-to-tourism holding company Sava paced the SBITOP gainers today. Its shares closed at 225.92 euro, 1.34% up from the previous session.
Drug maker Krka was the most liquid stock with a traded volume of 11,168 shares. The company shares rose 0.99% to an average price of 66.19 euro.
LJSE's total turnover rose to 5.7 million euro from Monday's 2.9 million euro.
