January 10 (SeeNews) - Serbian company Delasol will launch in March a 10 MW solar power plant in Lapovo, in the central part of the country, worth 9 million euro ($9.7 million), local media reported.
The power plant's annual output will be 15 -16 megawatthours of electricity. It will comprise a total of 17,980 bifacial solar panels over an area of 12 hectares, news portal Glas Sumadije reported on Monday.
Construction of the plant began in September.
According to the Serbian business registry, Delasol is solely owned by private individual Milos Kostic. The company was founded in March 2020 with a capital of 100 dinars ($0.91/0.7 euro).
