October 15 (SeeNews) - Serbia's economy ministry said it has signed an agreement to sell the entire capital of water management company Regulacije to Bulgarian civil engineering firm Groma Hold for 1.075 million euro ($1.18 million), it said.
Groma Hold has placed the sole bid in the tender for the sale of the capital of Regulacije by the August 30 deadline, the Serbian economy ministry said in a statement on Monday.

The ministry launched the tender on August 15.
In October 2018, the sole owner of the Bulgarian company, private individual Hristo Savev, changed its name to Groma Hold from Agromah.
