May 20 (SeeNews) - The number of new dwellings sold in Bosnia's Federation fell 10% year-on-year to 216 in the first quarter of this year, the entity's statistical office said on Monday.
The average sale price per square metre of new dwellings increased by 6.4% on the year to 2,647 marka ($1,470/1,353 euro) in the period from January to March, the statistical office said in a quarterly report.
The usable floor area of the new dwellings fell by 6.7% in comparison with the same period of 2023.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Serb Republic is the other one.
