June 13 (SeeNews) - Dubravko Posavec, the biggest shareholder in Bosnia and Herzegovina's real estate company Potkozarje [BANJ:PTKZ-R-A], said on Thursday that he plans to launch a tender offer to acquire all the shares he does not already own in the company.
Posavec became obliged to launch a buyout offer for Potkozarje after raising his stake in the company to 82.8%, he said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).

He had a 65.6% stake in Potkozarje on June 6, according to the latest available data on the BLSE.
Posavec plans to offer 1.08 marka ($0.59/0.55 euro) per each Potkozarje share in the buyout bid.
Potkozarje's share capital is divided into 5,412,948 shares of 1 marka in par value each.
The company's shares have not traded on the BLSE in the past year.
