January 31 (SeeNews) - Romanian investing platform for tech startups SeedBlink said that it has partnered with Goldring, one of the country’s most active brokers in terms of listings on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, to develop financial investment services, diversify investment offerings and facilitate access to capital.
The partnership aims to increase visibility within the Goldring investor community for tech startups eyeing international expansion that are raising funds through SeedBlink, the investing platform said in a press release on Monday.
The partnership seeks to give companies access to a larger pool of potential investors and facilitate investors’ access to a new asset class to diversify their portfolios.
“We already have a partnership with the Bucharest Stock Exchange, and through the collaboration between Goldring and SeedBlink, we want to further contribute to developing the infrastructure for innovators,” co-founder and managing partner of SeedBlink, Andrei Dudoiu, said.
Launched in 2020, SeedBlink has helped raise over 148 million euro ($161.5 million) in startup investments, attracting over 69,000 investors from 78 countries. In August 2020, the company acquired the Netherlands-based investment crowdfunding platform Symbid in a push to broaden its investor pool and consolidate its European market.
