BUCHAREST (Romania), September 23 (SeeNews) – Romanian airline Carpatair said on Wednesday it will launch flights from the capital Bucharest to the Italian cities of Ancona and Bari as of next month.
Carpatair will fly from Bucharest to Ancona starting on October 2 two times a week, on Mondays and Fridays. The Bucharest-Bari rout will be operated three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, starting on October 27, the air carrier said in a statement. .
Carpatair, a privately held Romanian-Swiss regional airline, already flies to the two destinations in Italy from the western city of Timisoara, where it is based.
The company has commercial and operational offices in 10 Romanian cities. Its foreign destinations include: Budapest, Duesseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich, Paris, Bergamo, Milan, Turin, Treviso, Ancona, Athens, Bologna, Rome, Florence, Verona, Venice, Lvov, Odessa and Chisinau.
