March 5 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's marble producer Mermeren Kombinat [MSE:MERM] said that its net profit fell by an annual 59% to 511.4 million denars ($10 million/8.3 million euro) in 2020.
Mermeren Kombinat's sales revenue dropped 39% on the year to 1.4 billion denars in 2020, the company said in an annual financial statement earlier this week.
Domestic sales plunged 58% year-on-year to 8.8 million denars, while revenues from sales on foreign markets fell 38.4% to 1.4 billion denars.
Cost of goods sold decreased by 5.5% year-on-year to 550.1 million denars in 2020.
Mermeren Kombinat's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on February 12 at an average price of 2,500 denars.
