April 29 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Makedonski Telekom [MSE:TEL] plans to distribute a gross dividend of 19.96 denars ($0.34/0.32 euro) per share for 2021, up from last year's payout of 16.02 denars per share, it said on Friday.
Under the plan, the telecommunications group will distribute as dividend a total of 1.7 billion denars, the company said in a bourse filing.
Makedonski Telekom's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for May 31.
The telco's net profit fell 1% year-on-year in 2021, to 1.6 billion denars.
Makedonski Telekom's shares last traded at an average price of 360 denars on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on April 27, the latest bourse data shows.
