February 24 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB] said on Friday that it is proposing to its shareholders to distribute a gross dividend of 500 denars ($8.6/8.1 euro) per share for 2022, lower than the 620 denars dividend paid out a last year.
Under the proposal, Komercijalna Banka will pay out a total of 1.1 billion denars out of its 2022 profit as dividend for that year, the lender said in a bourse filing.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal at a meeting scheduled on March 29.
Komercijalna Banka's net profit fell 7.2% year-on-year to 2.2 billion denars in 2022.
The bank's shares traded at an average price of 12,116 denars on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on Friday, the latest available bourse data shows.
