Growth was also recorded on flights to Frankfurt (15%), London (14%) and Zurich (5%), while Rome, Ljubljana and Vienna remained flat from last year.
In regards to the Russian market, Markovic said that the number of passengers to and from Russia dropped by one fifth due to the devaluation of the rouble.
In 2014, Montenegro Airlines experienced a 5% drop in passenger number to 557,000 due to fewer flights and aircraft. The company then operated six aircraft, while the number of flights was down by 20%.
