June 11 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Makpetrol said that its shareholders have endorsed the management's proposal for a gross dividend payout of 1,300 denars ($23.78/21.1 euro) per share for 2018.
Makpetrol paid a gross dividend of 999.35 denars per share for 2017.
The company will distribute a total of 135.35 million denars as dividend for 2018, the fuel retailer said in a bourse filing on Monday.
On Monday, Makpetrol shares traded at an average price of 64,047.32 denars on the stock exchange in Skopje.
The company's non-consolidated net profit soared to 778.1 million denars in 2018 from 301.8 million denars in 2017.
Makpetrol has a network of over 100 fuel stations across North Macedonia. The company also has units in neighbouring Serbia and Greece.
