Minority parties are exempt from the threshold, as a total of 20 MPs seats are reserved for them.
Besides the Serbian List, another nine minority parties will enter the new parliament. Two of them, the Turkish party KDTP, and the Vakat Coalition, will have two seats each, while the all the other will have one seat each.
