October 6 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian arm of Danish bedding and furniture retailer JYSK said it has opened a new store in the central Bulgarian town of Karlovo, spreading over an area of 1,300 square metres.
The new addition brings JYSK's store count in Bulgaria to 52, the company said in a press release on Wednesday without specifying the size of the investment.
The store in Karlovo expands JYSK's presence in a region which has great untapped potential, the home decor retailer added.
Earlier this year, JYSK Bulgaria announced plans to open at least six new stores in the country and refurbish five more of its existing network by the end of its next fiscal year, or August 31, 2024.
