February 18 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) extended their losing streak for a second straight day on Friday, as most of the blue chips fell, bourse data showed.
The 21-share blue-chip CROBEX index shed 0.80% to finish at 2,121.11 points.
The narrower CROBEX10 index which tracks the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, dropped by 0.99% to 1,289.28 points.
Lender Hrvatska Postanska Banka [ZSE:HPB] was the most traded stock on Friday with a turnover of 948,000 kuna ($143,000/126,000 euro). Its share price ended unchanged at 790 kuna.
Shares of Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] fell 0.80% to 186.50 kuna in a turnover of 758,400 kuna. Food and pharmaceuticals producer Podravka [ZSE:PODR] lost 2.08% to 660 kuna in a turnover of 578,000 kuna.
In lower turnovers, shares of consumer goods distributor Atlantic Grupa [ZSE:ATGR] declined 2.26% to 1,730 kuna and ICT solutions provider Ericsson Nikola Tesla [ZSE:ERNT] dropped 1.85% to end at 1,855 kuna.
The ZSE's total turnover fell to 7.1 million kuna from 9.4 million kuna on Thursday.
