April 2009 - HPB d.d. sells its minority stake of 0.08% in Montenegrin insurer Sava Montenegro AD (formerly known as Montenegro Osiguranje AD) to Slovenian reinsurer Sava Re d.d., which becomes the sole owner of the insurer.
August 2009 - HPB d.d., Podravska Banka d.d., based in Koprivnica, northern Croatia and other minority shareholders sold a total of 39.91% stake in commercial bank Invest Banka Montenegro AD for EUR 3.0 mln to Montenegro's investment fund Atlas Mont AD.
