SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), October 27 (SeeNews) – German low-cost air carrier Eurowings said on Friday it is launching direct flights between Croatia's Zagreb and Germany's Duesseldorf on October 31.
The inaugural flight marks the beginning of the airline's strategy to increase the number of flights and destinations from and to Croatia, Eurowings said in a statement sent to SeeNews.
In 2017, Eurowings experienced a 60% expansion on the Croatian market and currently offers some one million seats on flights from and to Croatia.
Eurowings, headquartered in Duesseldorf, is a fully-owned subsidiary of the Lufthansa Group.
