December 10 (SeeNews) - Croatian shipping company Uljanik Plovidba [ZSE:ULPL] has increased its own shareholding by 0.002% to 5.69% of total share capital as of December 7, it said.
On December 5, Uljanik Plovidba lifted its own shareholding to 33,019 shares by repurchasing a total of ten shares at 99.80 kuna ($15.4/13.5 euro) apiece, it said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
The company did not provide further details.
