December 14 (SeeNews) - Croatian shipping company Uljanik Plovidba [ZSE:ULPL] has increased its own shareholding by 0.003% to 5.70% of total share capital, it said on Friday.
On December 12, Uljanik Plovidba lifted its own shareholding to 33,034 shares by repurchasing 15 shares at 90.0 kuna ($13.7/12.2 euro) apiece, it said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
The company did not provide further details.
