May 16 (SeeNews) - Croatian shipbuilding company Uljanik has cut its stake in its peer Brodogradiliste Viktor Lenac [ZSE:VLEN] by 4.96% to 25.15%, the latter said on Wednesday.
Uljanik disposed of 833,215 shares in its peer on May 15, following which it holds 4,299,785 shares, Brodogradiliste Viktor Lenac said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
