January 29 (SeeNews) - Croatian construction company Osijek-Koteks has acquired building materials producer Molaris from the Marjanovic family, local financial consultancy Vestibule Partners that acted as deal advisor to the seller, said on Monday.
Molaris is a concessionaire of an amphibolite stone quarry in the eastern county of Brod-Posavina, Tomislav Kovalisko, managing partner at Vestibule Partners, said on its Linkedin profile, without disclosing financial details of the deal.

The buyer is one of the oldest construction companies in Croatia. It is vertically integrated with significant production of asphalt, stone aggregates and sand materials and is present at a number of significant construction projects across Croatia.
Molaris ended 2022 with a revenue of 1.9 million euro ($2.1 million), up from 1.1 million euro in 2021, according to data by Finance Analytics - Dun & Bradstreet consultancy. In 2022, it had a net profit of almost 191,000 euro.
