Croatia's motorway company to launch construction of 48 mln euro road overpass in Zagreb in 2020 - report

November 6 (SeeNews) - Croatia's motorway company Hrvatske Autoceste (HAC) will launch the construction of a road overapass worth 48 million euro ($53.2 million) in the capital Zagreb next year, local media reported.

A call for contractors will be issued at the beginning of next year, while the works should take off by the end of 2020, news daily Vecernji.hr reported on Tuesday.

The overpass should serve as the new southern entrance into the city with a population of 1 million.
