Croatia's Kermas Energija eyes Uljanik shipyard restructuring

December 12 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Kermas Energija said on Tuesday it is interested in partaking in the process of restructuring and diversification of the Pula-based shipyard Uljanik [ZSE:ULJN].

Kermas Energija has submitted a letter of intent in view of becoming a strategic partner in Uljanik, it said in a Zagreb bourse filling.

Zagreb-based Kermas Energija is part of Kermas Limited international investment corporation. The company has major investments in mining, renewable energy, real estate, marina development, agriculture and shipbuilding.
