March 23 (SeeNews) - Croatian oil and gas company INA [ZSE:INA] said it will propose to its shareholders to pay a dividend of 20 euro per share out of its 243.8 million euro net profit for 2022.
A total 200 million euro of the 2022 profit will be distributed as dividend, 12.2 million euro of it will be allocated to obligatory reserves and the remaining 31.6 million euro will be retained, INA said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse on Wednesday following a meeting of its supervisory board.
Last year, INA pay a dividend of 98 kuna ($14/13 euro) per share out of its 1.27 billion kuna net profit for 2021.
INA's shares closed flat at 446 euro on Wednesday on the Zagreb bourse.
