February 19 (SeeNews) - Croatian telecommunication services provider Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said on Wednesday it held 518,591 of its own shares as of February 19, representing 0.638505% of the company's issued share capital.
On February 17, it repurchased 2,206 own shares at 184 kuna ($26.7/24.7 euro) apiece, and a further 2,202 own units at 183.5 kuna per share the following day, it said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse.
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
The company’s shares traded 0.28% higher at 180.5 kuna by 1515 CET on the ZSE on Wednesday.
