January 4 (SeeNews) - Croatian owner and manager of specialised clinics Futura Medical Group said on Thursday it has acquired Poliklinika Sabol, a privately held pediatric polyclinic in Zagreb, for an undisclosed sum.
"The new partnership will enable us to expand our products, improve the medical care and continue providing top healthcare services to our small patients," Futura Medical Group said on its Linkedin profile.

Poliklinika Sabol was set up in 1993 by physicians Liljana Kipke Sabol and Zlatko Sabol as the first Croatian privately-held pediatric polyclinic. According to business information provider Crobiz.Net, Poliklinika Sabol had a revenue of some 860,000 euro ($941,000) in each of 2022 and 2021.
Futura Medical Group was founded with the capital and experience of local consultancy Futura Partners. According to local media reports, in November 2022, Futura Partners acquired Bagatin Medical Group, which included Poliklinika Sinteza and Poliklinika Fides and online store for skincare products Bagatin Beauty.
