March 25 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] as of Friday held 473,500 of its own shares, representing 2.88% of the company's issued equity capital, it said.
On March 20, the diversified group bought seven of its own shares at a price of 440 kuna ($67.1/59.3 euro) apiece, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) late on Friday.
The following day, the company purchased a further 403 shares at 441 kuna per share.
Adris has been buying back its own shares for several months in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a reward programme launched last year. The programme will last until June 16, 2019.
