April 11 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 475,720 of its own shares as of Thursday, representing 2.90% of the company's issued equity capital, it said.
On April 9, the diversified group bought 30 of its ADRS2 shares at a price of 444 kuna ($67.3/59.7 euro) apiece, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Thursday.
On April 11, it purchased 105 of its ADRS units, at 505 kuna per share. The same day, it bought 51 ADRS2 shares at 445 kuna apiece.
Adris has been buying back its own shares for several months in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a reward programme launched last year. The programme will last until June 16, 2019.
