April 20 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS-R-A] said on Thursday it plans to pay a dividend of 17 kuna ($2.5/2.3 euro) per share, equal to a total of 278.8 million kuna from its undistributed retained earnings for the 2005-2012 period.
Last year, the group paid out a dividend of 15 kuna per share, equal to a total of 246 million kuna.
Adris will start paying out dividend on July 21, it said in a bourse filing. The proposal is due to be approved by the annual shareholders meeting scheduled for June 14.
Adris Grupa is a Croatian diversified conglomerate which operates in the sectors of tourism, food production and insurance.
